Hey, what would you guys recommend I do with my s14 trans? Its currently, losing its 1st n 2nd sycros and has a worn input shaft bearing. I'm not sure whether or not local so cali shops have the parts to rebuilt it. Should I order JDM parts and have them installed or maybe just buy a used trans and hope its in good shape? The most cost efficient yet secure route is the way i'd like to go.thanks guys

Your internals on the trans should be the same the only real difference i think your trans has is the bell mounting for the 2.0l engine

The sr 2.0l turbo transmission has the same internals as the NA KA 2.4l. The bell housings are different.

i would keep my eyes open for a low miles transmission that was pulled from a running car.
