s14 trans harness???

anyone tell me what plugs go to what? all i really need to know is which one is for the speed sensor and which one is for the reverse lights. im trying to wire this lower harness to my s13 and im having problems

So, are you installing an s14 lower trans harness into an s13? For an s14 lower trans harness: speed sensor should be R + R/Y and reverse lights should be G + G/W. The colors will be different for an s13 harness- speed sensor Y/L + Y/B and reverse sensor G/L + G/B. This is in the EL section of the FSM. Good luck

The s14 trans. has (3) sensors, not including the speed sensor: from front to back of the trans.- reverse (in bellhousing), 5th, then neutral.

The s13 trans. has (4) sensors, not including the speed sensor: from front to back of the trans.- reverse & 4th position switch (both in bellhousing)then 5th and neutral in the trans. casing.

The trans. diagrams are on MT-4 (s13) and MT-5 (s14). I would post pics of the layout from the FSM, but this comp. does not have photoshop and microsoft paint sucks

Or we can swap lower harnesses (or harni). I have multiple s13 harnesses and I need an s14 harness.
