s14 transmission problem

i have a 97 s14 automatic with a 152000 miles. i bought the car with no overdrive has first second and third but it doesnt hold third gear when i let go the gas. i scanner the ecu and it was a transmission temp sensor and low transmission pressure. ok i bought a 98 obd2 transmission with 120000 my friend took it out for a 5 speed swap. it good change every gear including overdrive. after i change the transmission i had the same thing. so i figure i had to clear the ecu. i cleared it and the same f***ing thing. no i'm piss so i bought a auto ecu, auto transmission ecu, and resistor. after i changed the ecu it said transmission temp malfuction. clear the ecu and the same thing nothin same thing. what could it be the overdrive button. but it comes on and off when i press it. what would the malfunction be any help. if not i guess i have to do the 5 speed swap i'm trying to avoid it because i saving money for a rb swap and change it to 5 speed then instead of now.
