to convert a 96s' front end to a s15 front end do u need anything more than a hood, front fenders, bumper and lights?

yes you do, s14's radiator support is diff than s15. you have to get a s15 radiator support (i think its about $150) and get it welded in then your good to go.

S14 and S15 radiator core support are the same except the mounting holes for the headlight bolts are different locations, but you can relocate those holes anyway to mount S15 headlights

S15 bumper support is nice to have to hold up the bumper on top speed track

I was also looking for this info. Ok I already have seen about 8 companies that makes those kits. Not a lot of them have CF hoods tough... SO my question is if I can mix fenders, bumper and hood from different manufactures to acomplish look that I want. Are they all same dimensions and will they fit together? Any recomendations for specific kit? Price is not the issue here, I just want good quality kit.

Having recently completed this conversion myself, I would strongly recommend using OEM steel and urethane parts rather than any after market body pieces. The fenders will have to be spliced with your existing S14 fenders to fit, but the hood is a direct bolt-on and you can make brackets to mount the OEM bumper. Here's a picture of the brackets I made for mine:
