Anyone done this yet? Got pics, or instructions? I'm going to do it over the winter, but I'd rather follow the path others have taken sort a speak. I'll do a write-up after of course, I just need to basics.

So...anyone?

WD, i have read in a few places that the s14 internal coil actually produces better spark than aftermarket external coils. I found this myself when i ran MS. The Blaster coils were weak(tried Blaster 2 & 3), even when hotwired directly to the battery. I was able to run a bigger gap with the s14 internal than i was with the s13 external wi/ aftermarket coil, and the car started and ran better.

Heres an example of another first hand experience.

Now I run the Kennebell Boost-a-spark and run that right to the internal coil on my s14. It gives the coil abouit 16-17 volts once it gets over 4psi. I have ran a plug gap up to .060 with 17 pounds and no cut out and runs very strong. I have since lowered it to .055 as it seems to drive better off boost. Now I'm running 18psi with Meth/water injection and it run very strong with no hint of it missing/spark blowout. I ran the Boost-a-spark to the Master blaster 3 coil and it was crap and would now allow me to get above 10 psi before spark blow out. I think if I got a newer epoxy coil and not the older oil filled (Master Blaster 3) coil it may of helped. So far I have been using this setup for about a year on the stock coil with the boost-a-spark and it is still running strong. I would try a boost-a-spark (about $200) and connect it to the ditsy. You should not have any issue with blow out and can run alot bigger plug gap for more power.

Unless theres some other reason for you doing that conversion that im not thinking of, id just stick with the internal coil.

Or to answer your Q.. I would check this out in the FSMs before i dove into it.

so jus match up the letters also its a from the top of the plug down(or jus make sure the wire colors go with what I listed).

Yep, it would work both ways. Would require finding a s14 in a JY and hacking off the dizzy pigtails and doing some research and wiring but its very possible. The internal coil in the s14 is actually very strong. If you upgrade your alternator the stock ignition system is a beast.
