Anyone out there who has an S14 and put subs in the trunk? Is there any way to get some decent bass and still have some space in the already tiny trunk? What have other people done and do you have pics?

well, i dont have a s14, but my sub and amp are incredibly unintrusive. in my s13 hatch ive got an infinity 10in sub that i mounted in the rear deck with help of a jigsaw, and a little 90 watt a/d/s/ amp that i have mounted on the underside of the deck next to the sub. it doesnt really thump, as it's underpowered and not in a box, but it does provide the bass that my car had a complete lack of (damn 4x6 speakers!!!).

my freind has a eclipse 10" in his 98 240sx, its mounted dead center as far back as posible and facing the front of the car. There is room for plenty more. The s13 trunk is alot smaller.

I put a mtx thunder 6000 in a bazooka tube thats secured to one side. My amp sits on top of the gas tank shelf thing, behing the rear seat.

In my 89 240sx ive managed to fit a 12 in audiobahn aw1205q in a ported 3 cu ft box. I still have a little room back there and you can hear me coming for about a mile away. Shiz makes your EYES pop out :-p
