s14 (tein) rear-strut rubber-seat question

ok i swapped out my oem springs and shocks for a set of tein ha's.

it says to use the oem rubber seat, and shows a picture but,my rubber seat looks nothing like their picture.

what i think is my oem rubber seat, looks like it used to be connected to the boot. I

Is this my rubber seat?

and the front tires rub the spring adjuster unless raised all the way.

Any advice is appreciated.
