S14 tach dosn't work

I bought a S14 with a S14 SR20 and the tach dosn't work. I have the Apexi Super AFC 2 and it will show the rpm's but the tach isn't hooked up. Is there anyway to hook it up?

Trace the wire from the ECU and make sure the circuit is good to the back of the gauge cluster. If it isnt, reconnect it. If you cant find anything wrong just hotwire it with another wire straight from the back of the ecu to the gauge cluster.
