wondering if my 90 240sx dash can switch out with a 97-98 dash and how easy if possible

no , it looks rediculous, nothing lines up and the gauge cluster doesnt fit properly.

i like the look of the 97-98 front end and the 89-94 body style so i would like to convert the front
