S14 Swaybar on s13???

Anyone know if its possible? Iv been looking into getting swaybars but kinda tight on a buget now. Came across that s14 swaybar(front) is like 27.2mm vs the 25mm on the s13, that plus a HICAS bar(21mm vs 15mm) for the back would be a low buget mod worth doing. It would put you close to some of the aftermarket sways out there but for a fraction of the price. Just wondering if the S14 sway bar would fit the s13? If not im just gona go Suspension techniques sways. Thanks in advance.
