First, I searched and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, so if this questions has already been asked I apologize.

I have a 96 240 and want to redo the suspension, struts, springs bushings, etc.

I was wondering if anyone sells a suspension rebuild kit for the S14s or if nothing else, if someone could provide me with a list of the recommended parts I should be replacing.

I know jack about suspension, so any info would help.

Also if it matters the car will be mostly a daily driver with possibly some autox a couple times per season.

The only aftermarket upgrades I'm planning at the moment are some lowering springs and some KYB AGXs.

Thanks

Look into an energy or equivalent bushing kit, or even just bushing collars that compress the worn old bushings so that they're stiffer

You might also look into changing the multilink to adjustable parts, at least the tension rods, tie rods, and rucas...also don't use the energy bushings for the tension rods and sway bars if you go that route, the polyurethane can cause them to bind

also if your planning on autocrossing only a few times per season and you DONT want to be put into a higher class than you car is capable of, do not buy adjustable arms or arms with "heim joints", look at the NASA and SCCA rule book and use that as a modifying guideline.

I have the spc performance arms that I purchased from thmotorsports. These have workded great for my S14. These arms have a harder rubber than OEM, adjustable length, and provide a smooth and crisp ride. If you plan on autocross and HPDE events you might consider non-poly bushings to avoid binding and allow compliance.

As for dampers and springs, consider koni + ground control coilover sleeves or koni + some linear rate lowering springs.
