s14 sunroof woes

i need a new weather strip and molding that holds it in place.courtesy nissan quoted 75$ for the weatherstrip and 1100$ for a new sunroof because they didnt sell the mold seperatly.the mold that holds the weatherstrip down decided to part off my car on the interstate... Help! need options on how to fix the thing up!
