s14 sunroof rusted.can i buy new 1??

95' 240sx se just bought and noticed the dam sunroof is rusted because of the seal on the exterior is missing in one corner...can i buy a new one???? if so, where can i find one and is it worth while to install cus it seems like a pain in the *** to me..
