well my s14's subframe bushings have left the building thanks to 208k mi on the chassis as well as a 2 way rear end clunking around in the rear.i want to replace the actual bushings in the subframe with something a bit better, but dont want to go hard core AL bushings like spl parts and since my bushings are trash the collars wouldnt help too much.i can get nismo bushings thru work (i work at a dealer) but i would really like poly bushings as they are stiffer than nismo but not as stiff as AL would be.can i use the z32 ES subframe kit on my s14 or am i simply SOL?thank, carl

Delrin is overpriced, just go with the SPL ones.

There is mainly just road noise transfered, they aren't really stiffer in the ride quality department.

if you want i have some collars than you can have for like 10$ shiped lol.

but i would recoemdn not the spl ones for gnarlieness of install, but i recomend a metal slotted one, i just did mine yesterday took 15 min. the tops ones are slotted so you dont need to drop the subframe.

just remove the 4 subframe bolts, 17mm i think, but first jet a jack and jack up to the diff , then when the bolts are out lower the subframe till there is enough room to pop the ones up top. the flat side goes up, then on the bottom youll figure it out. then i acually had another jack (do the front ones first) and jacked up the subframe the press the bushings in really good, then tighten.

you ca et them off ebay from techno toy tuningn (i got mine fro them, like 54$ and they are great quality fast shipping)

good luck hit me up on aim if you have any question
