I picked up a set of Apexi T-max rear shocks from xs-engineering (used/discontinued) and im about to throw the rears on right now, should the dial at the bottom of the strut face torwards the inside or outside? or does it not really make a difference?

Shouldn't matter either way, the dial will just be at the desired location. I'm 99.99% sure that stock rear shocks share the same part #.
