I need help, I just put an 1994 S14 black top with hump on a 1994 240 sx S14, and I get no spark. Engine is cranking. Does anyone know was kind of harness work it needs to be permormed. I lengthen the maf sensor wires, change the pins for the wiper, and some work on the the connectors that plugs on the fuse box next to the battery. I also need help with the a/c. Wiper does not work on intermitent.

Come on Daunttless I Know you can Help me, Let me Know the changes that the harness need to performe to complete the swap. I'm waiting for my service manual. I only have the electrical diagram of the S14 and not the 240Sx. The two car are of the same year. I got the complete clip with a apex front intercooler and blizt blowoff valve, hks turbo timer (not connected yet, till the engine start).:help :help :help

Well, I was just curious where you got a 94 240SX S14. : ) Do you have a 95 S14, or do you have a S13 convertible. Because if you have a 94 it has to be an S13 convertible and that could very well be where your problems are coming in. However, if it was just a misprint and you do have a 95 S14 or what not, I will know where to start...

It is a 95 made in 94. both are S14. I got it from ebay. as a complete front clip.

no I didn't do it yet, but i talk to Heavy and they told me there is a lot a harness work to be done and we'll take them several weeks before they can have it done for me. I don't have the time or want to wait. so if someone knows what has to be done, I just need to know the how. I'm pretty handy. The battery tray connectors are fix, I get p/w, w/p, radio, lights, turn signals :ylsuper the main connector next to the ecu, I don't know the technical name, is were I have the problem, may be i have to check the KA harness and match the SR color cables. If know the answer let me know.:help :help :help

its pretty rough if u dont have the 2 fsm,and if u did the 240sx fsm is wrong.u have to do the fuel pump, start signal, clutch interlock relay, constant 12v, etc. it took me 2 months to get my s14 started

What is a fsm?. I think I should have the both since a got a front clip. Please specified.

Factory Service Manual. Some Aussies Scanned the entire S14 Silvia FSM onto PDF format. If you understand how to use it this should make life easier since you have an S14 Motor. Though im not sure what car you put it into. The 1994 was still the S13 era in the states, they ONLY MADE convertable coupes that year.

I do have the US FSM, thanks . I have a model year 95 made in 1994 S14, sorry for the mix.

The link I gave you was for the S14 Silvia AKA 200SX NOT the 240SX, it is the FSM for the SR20DET. If you are confused about the wiring this should clear up anything.

:) At last, I fire up the ignition and Up it went with the most beutiful sound. I have the stock muffler and greddy 3' down pipe. The s14 is not very complicated, It might be more work than the S13 but some places told to that I had to put a stand along engine management system, othes that a had to use both harnesses. I'll post the right way to do it when I finish with it. It is almost there.
