S14 Starts but won't idle or run - SR20DET

Recently replaced my intake manifold and have had problems ever since. Here is the problem, I can start the car and it will rev to around 2k and then slowly drop all the way down to somewhere around 400 rpm's and then die. Most of the time I will just shut the car off. When the car starts it sounds and runs find untill the rpm's drop. If I push the gas pedal it doesn't do anything, which confuses me. If I try and start the car right away it only wants to idle at 300rpm's. If I wait for a bit and then prime the fuel pump, that's when it starts. Things I have done/replaced...
- New fuel pressure regulator
- Cleaned IACV (was iacv delete and now I have one)
- Check spark plugs (NEW) Have spark
-Ohm checked injectors, seem ok
-Vaccuum lines checked
-Set TPS to .450v
- Fuses all checked
- Changed to a vaccuum block
-Reinstalled everything the same as it was and the car was running perfect before the new intake manifold, which is exactly what I had, a Godspeed (Greddy knockoff).

leaking air around injector o rings? go over all your work over and over again

I will check the o rings, although I did put new ones in. Could this be cam sesor or maf sensor related?
