S14 start and dies right away

I just got done swap s13 motor into s14 obd1. I swap over the coolant temp, tps sensor, dizzy, maf,wiring harness, ecu. When i start the car it idles 1500 to 2000 rpm then dies. But when i drive around the block its fines good responses. But if i let sit at idle.It dies out. I was thinking maf but when i unplug maf its does the same thing. any ides

Make sure that the Idle air control valve got hooked up
