Was the '97-'98 s14 ever sold without sunroof, a/c, power windows, locks, and cruise control but still has ABS???

sure? but you wont find one. just buy one and take the **** off that you dont want. ABS sucks btw.

probably won't find one. Its hard enough to find a kouki for a decent price. Also if you are just after a VLSD you can get one for a few hundred.

Why don't you research it in google some and find the standard and options brochure that lists it?

You could only get the ABS/VLSD combo on SE and LE models. It was not an option on standard base models. And since SE and LE models came with power locks, a/c, and cruise, the answer to your question is no.
