I finished my 5 speed swap today. I put in a lightweight flywheel and a new clutch. The car drives and shifts fine. When idling and I press the clutch pedal down the car bogs down and sometimes stalls out. It also makes a squeaking noise when the clutch pedal is pushed down. If I give it some gas then press the clutch and shift into first it works good. I'm confused. Any ideas????

Your throw out bearing is binding. Did the Clutch kit come with one? Could be bad throw out bearing or pivot ball.
