s14 sr20det weird idle????

So I got this s13 hatch with a s14 sr a couple weeks ago.... I cannot figure out the problem... so the motor shakes and idles low.... drives just fine tho.... I cannot find a vacuum leak. I cleaned my maf. Cleaned my iacv. I took it to drift office and all they did was adjust my TB screw and iacv screw and did me no help at all.... I did compression text and its 153-156 all accross.... it boosts at about 5 lbs but has a small leak in the gasket where the turbo meets the manifold.... I don't think? That could be the problem tho... dose anyone have any ideas? Any sugesstions will help me out I don't have a buttload of money to take it to a shop! Thanx guys!

I'm sitting in my car right now.... so when I rev the motor it will idle where it is supposed to for about 30 seconds to a minuet..... then the idle will go down to like 6-500 and act like its going to die.... and when I come up to a stopsign it idles low right away most of the time.... but even when its idling where its supposed to the otor seems a little shakey... any questions or thoughts on what could be happening to my car?

And do s14 iacv need coolant lines like the s13 sr's? And I notice some vacuum lines that are caped off under my manifold is that normal?
