You're going to have issues finding a difinitive S14 swap guide because of changes that were inacted into the chassis wiring as the platform matured.
I have personally gone through the S14 SR service manual and compared the big important plugs such as the dash plug to a '95 KA chassis. They're similar, but pinouts are definitely different as well as the SR having wires running through the dash plug that don't normally run through the KA dash plug.
The dash plug plays a much more important role in the S14 chassis than it does in the S13 chassis. The earlier models had just a few wires passing through it that helped relay information from the EFI system to the gauge cluster. In the S14, it serves as a focal connector for the EFI and main harness. There are a lot of circuits and power supplies that pass through that plug.
In short, it's not an easy thing to relay on the internet. And I couldn't tell you the first place to even begin since I have yet to play with an S14 motor let alone wiring it an S14 chassis.
I would absolutely LOVE to find an S14SR to S14 Chassis wiring guide so I could add it to the FAQ. You're not the only person on the internet wanting the guide, but the easiest solution right now is to send your harness out to a place like Wiring Specialties and having them do up your harness.
EDIT: Upon further looking, the chassis connector that connects the EFI harness to the front main harness is nothing more than a power link for the ABS system. So that means everything that is important on the S14 chassis is linked through the 48-pin dash connector.
