S14 SR20DET Tach Wire

First of all, yes I did a search. That said I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of the tach signal wire on the main harness of my S14 SR20DET With VVT. Im hooking up an S-AFCII, the wire that it shows in the diagram of the installation manual is the 4th wire over from the center (10mm bolt with the orange plastic pointing to the right) on the top row, the color of the wire is blue with a black stripe. If this is the right wire then my AFC isnt working or its not picking up the signal, and yes I did set it to 4 cylinders and 5in/5out on Hot Wire, but still no signal from tach.I would appriciate any help on this, Im dying to get a tach working on this car, Ill worry about the airflow thing later.

Here is a picture of it. The one the book says is the Tach signal is the blue wire with black stripe. Well it doesnt actually say what color it is, but it makes a refrence to it by location... 4th wire from the center
