anyone here ever do a sr20det into a 98 240. hows the wiring? is it similar to a s13 swap? are there any good sites out there with wiring insturctions? i've never done a s14 swap and someone is asking me to do it so any help and avice would be appreciated, i'm mostly worried about wiring.

S14 into the 98 wouldnt be too bad since you arent crossing chassis codes so there are less wiring nightmares. Just DL the S14 factory service manual for help.

do you think that that would be easier and more cost effective than the sr20 engine swap? i have a 96 and need a turbo fast. let me know what you think.

depends on what you get. For example the Nsport turbo kit for the ka will run you over $3500 about the same cost to do an sr swap. I figured out that the s14 sr20 is the most cost effective turbo upgrade for an s14.
