I just recently put my car back to stock. On first start up the engine is doing fine. As soon as it warms up the engine rpm will drop like normal to 800ish and then the afr will drop to 10.0 and the car starts to sputter and dies after a short while. I checked for boost leaks and found nothing. I checked my fuel injector orings and they are fine. I tried two different ecu's. I put in different spark plugs. What else can cause this?

Im also running a t25 instead of a t28. If that matters.

ok so i fixed it. no one on here even responded but to conclude this thread my maf was too close to the turbo and causing it to run super rich at idle.

I dont understand how your MAF being too close to the turbo can cause this?I am having rich @ idle issues as well and researching the causes. Just wondering what led you to see the MAF being too close to the turbo as a problem. Do you mean that it was too close down the pipe, meaning your Hot Pipe was very short and your MAF air flow was being affected by the turbo...or do you mean that the MAF was somehow too physically close and there was electrical noise or something else disturbing your MAF.
