S14 SR20DET Problem - HELP!

This is whats happening and I wanted to note that it just started and happens occationally. When driving or from a stop or while moving the car doesn't accelerate when in gear, it bogs down. When in neutral the car reves fine until I put it in gear and give it gas. The engine does not stall or stop. To fix the issue, if I turn the car off and then restart it, it is then fine till it happens again. What could be causing this?? A sensor or what? My last two drives, each about 2 miles it happend a total of three times. Any help would be awesome, thanks!!
