s14 SR20det misfire problems

i just fired up my s14 SR20DET for the first time and it idled alright, but when I turned the throttle a little bit, it sputtered and misfired violently sitting still with no load. I changed the plugs, they were fouled, one was saturated in gas and still no better. Please help cuz I super frustrated and ready to sell
