I'm looking at swapping my 96 S14 with a S14 SR20DET Black Top. The only problem that I have is that my S14 is my daily driver and needs to meet PA emissions. Would anyone know what I can do to make it meet PA emissions?

You will have to adapt egr and air injection to the sr. that is if they don't check for illegal motor swaps.
