Car: 1990 240sx HB w/ S14 sr20det

Okay I just bought a S14 sr20det for my 1990 240sx. I searched and read over 15 pages to figure this out, but I didn't. For one I need a wiring harnss and I do not know how to figure out what year of S14 harness I would need. The other problem is I think I was sent the wrong ECU with my swap. The sticker on it says 81 real big. then the number of the ECU is 23710 53J16. Under that it says A11-000 C77. I searched the ecu lists and could not find it. Any help would be great, thanks.
