S14 SR20DET + 5-speed swap, is this what I need?

I'm trying to still figure out what I should do. S13 redtop is suppose to be a pain to wire in a S14. So I'm trying to see if I can put together a S14 SR20DET swap. Car is a 1995 240sx automatic.

I am making a list of what parts I will need. So if I am missing something please let me know. The car is my DD so I need to it be off the road for a minimum as possible

SR20DET motorset including transmission, ECU, uncut harness, ignitor chip, MAF, (do I need to get a new exhuast or will my stock KA one will work for now)

5-speed swap parts:clutch, pressure plate, master cylinder, clutch linesbrake assembly, master cylinder for brakenew slave cylindershifter, bootflywheel (do i need this or will it come with SR)cross member (do I need this?)

The ECU from the SR will work right? Speed sensor will come with the SR transmission I assume? What am I missing?
