I have been drifting the car quite a bit and am wondering if I damaged the bushings on the transmission. They make a rattling noise in first and second at speed and I can easily pull the shifter out of gear in any gear and speed without the clutch pressed in. I am wondering if any of you guys have experience with s14 sr20 transmissions and can give me some advise.

If I had to guess, I'd say the main center bearing is going. Soon it will start popping out of gear by it's self. Take it easy on her and get the trans rebuilt asap.
