s14 sr20 rough idle and no power

I recently installed ans s14 sr20 into my kouki. I rebuilt the motor bottom end with ACL bearings, and put on a new metal cosworth head gasket. I also have a custom intercooler kit. well anyways the engine isnt running as it should. first off when you start the car the rpms jump to 2200, then after about ten second the idles around 800, but is some what rough. MAFS and 02 sensor seem to be working because when I unplug them while the engine is running it affects performance. Im goin to the store to buy mass air flow cleaner, new plugs, and injector cleaner. To see if it will do anything to help. any input would be very helpfull. I will post videos later on tonight after i install new plug and clean the MAFS. Thanks

What's your coolant temp voltage at? Sounds like a cold start issue.

I Think i figured out the problem. I seafoamed the engine. hoping the engine would run better. and if you have every used sea foam you know it SMOKES everywhere. thick white smoke. so anyways i see the smoke comin out my tail pipe, thats normal. But wat isnt normal is that I had tons of smoke comin from under my hood!?!?!!! so i found out the exhaust gasket between the exhaust manifold and the turbo is toast. seeing as the 02 sensor is right there im figuring thats what causin the car to run rough. I ordered parts yesterday. will WB with what happens and if that fixes it!

well I replaced the gasket and now it will boost. But it still is not running right. Im going to look for boost leaks. any other ideas pertaining to and s14 sr20???
