s14 sr20 oil pan???

im not sure if its considered a top oil pan or not.... on the bottom of the motor the piece that the actual oilpan bolts up is where im having a problem with a pretty good oil leak... just wondering what this part is actually called and where i can get a new gasket (if there even is one for this part) or what i should do about it... put silicone sealer on it? no clue... help would be ideal... thanks
