s14 sr20 no spark!!!!

ok i have a 98 s14 sr20 the problem is after i drive the car 4 a while my rpms go down to 600 it is normally at 900... but wen it goes down2 600rpms an i turn it off it wont start again i have no spark 2 the coils everytime i try and start it all it smells like is gas i pulled the spark plugs and der all wet n after a hour and a half it will start fine again like nothon was wrong wit it...i checked the wires n i have alot of ground everywhere on the motor an im gettin 12v to the coils 2...i checked the clips 2 see if dey were dirty n dey were all clean i have new ignitor the wire harness is all gud can someone help me plz....
