S14 SR20 Installed, transmission Issues...

Basically it only goes into 5th and R, but when I let go of the clutch while its in Neutral, IT MOVES FORWARD!! Damn, im guessing it back to the shop where I got it and I gotta install another one..

I just finished the install couple days ago and finally tried to get it in gear. It was like this while the transmission was off the motor, but I figured once I would get it installed and warmed up It my come loose. Should I try driving it in gear (Reverse) and maybe it will help it change gears?

If there Is anything I could try to do, please let me know. Maybe something I did while trying to get it into gear for the first time...
