are you asking where to find the fitting? If so, http://www.phase2motortrend.com/hksssrefi.html

Otherwise, install is similar to changing the inserts.

I have an older version of the SSQV, but when I ordered the re-circ fitting, it included instructions that showed which 4 bolts I had to remove. They were a small metric hex head. I doubt that your idle and dies issue is bc of the BOV though. I (and numerous others) ran (or still run) their SSQV open atomsphere for yrs without stalling/idling problems.

STOP. Your idle issue has nothing to do with your BOV valve. Assuming its in good working order. Your BOV isnt even doing anything at idle. The only thing your BOV causes your car to is fool the MAF into thinking there is more air going into the engine and cause it to run rich and stall after big runs.

If you have an S14 sr like me and you have the stock intake pipe there is an 29mm outlet on it. Make sure you order the 29mm outlet fitting for the BOV and then you dont have to worry about installing a reducer on your tube or making a new inlet spot on your intake pipe going to your turbo. I ordered mine today the stalling is just to annoying. Unfotunatly its twice as much as the 1" outlet.

Well the car idles fine whens its cold but as soon as it warms up . Then idle just drops the 100-300 rpm then if i rev it ill drop back down then die.

What do you think the Pro is

thats a whole diff issue but that definatly has nothing to do with your BOV. There are tons of threads on that issue search around i bet you could find some answers
