s14 sr20 idle low and whistle noise HELP!!

Well I was driving to school then like all of a sudden the car started idling low like really close to zero. When I accelerate 1500-3000 I hear a whistle like noise or something electric (sound like an electronic toy car)
P.s. the car has a little gas leak.
Please help thank you

Whistle noise could be a blown gasket or loose turbo outlet. Check the turbo outlet 4-hole gasket. My bet is you have either a loose bolt and/or the gasket is blown.

I had one hell of a screamer once from that - people on the sidewalk jumped and turned around to see what the shrieking was!
