S14 SR20 240SX and a Viper Alarm...Will it work?

I am doing the S14 SR20 swap this month, but a thought recently popped into my head. If I have a Viper 790XV, (Remote start, Keyless entry, Alarm, etc...) Will it work with the SR20 ecu, or will everything have to be rewired??

Any input greatly appreciated.
