S14 SR into S14 wiring - Need help!

Hey guys i could really use some help. I swapped an S14 SR into my S14 and everything is complete except the wiring. I sent my harness out to Wiring Specialties, but when I plug it in, I dont get power to the ECU, fuel pump, ignitor, or coilpacks. No spark, no fuel obviously. I've checked all my relays and i believe they are all good. Any ideas what it could be? An idea that was suggested is that my ECU may be dead...any way to test it?
