s14 sr into s13

Alright guys, I'm just now getting back into the game. I have a s13 hatch that about 10 years ago i put a s13 redtop sr into.. To make a long story short, I blew the head gasket and seized the bottom end about 5 years ago and the cars been sitting since. I have found a few good deals on s14 longblocks and was wondering if I would have to change any of the wiring or the ecu?? or will it all just hook up?
