S14 SR Intake manifold gasket questions

I am going to clean up my wiring harness a little bit and need to take off the top alf of the intake manifold to do so.

Are the gaskets metal? (If they are they can be reused)If not, is there a part number to cross reference for US?

The reason I ask is because the only ones i found are on ebay for $50, to me thats a little high.

Always check our vendors first for prices. 90% of the time, they'll beat eBay out hands down as the dealers don't include a massive mark up when they can avoid it.

The gasket is a metal gasket IIRC, though. However, it does seem to be one of those recommended replacement gaskets. Given that it's metal though. I would just inspect it and replace only if necessary
