S14 SR and AEM Tru Boost Users

Anyone on here running an AEM tru boost with a SR and at least a t28? I can not get consistant loads under WOT and was wondering what peoples settings are with similar setups. I've searched and haven't found anything helpful yet. Goal is to get a consistent 14psi with obviously minimal spikes.

I don't know much about truboost.. I've heard a lot of people DON'T like it... Can you adjust gain on it? (How fast the wastegate opens)

You adjust duty cycle with the tru boost and the gate pressure (setting that tells the controller when the wastgate opens in stock trim.)

I have watched their video's in how to tune it but they use a dyno to tune theirs. I do not want to have to pay $150 for dyno time to adjust this controller and doing it on the street isn't very easy.

Thats why I am hoping to find someone who has already done the homework for me.

to be honest if you find a shop that has a dyno, go for a dyno pull and ask them to set it for you ~_^ thats what i did with my avc-r lol

LOL I hear ya...that would definately be the best way to do it...but I don't want to spend $200 to get my $250 boost controller tuned.....but if I have too I guess I will. I am getting a handle on it now. Kinda. lol

I run the aem and I love it. It holds boost steady and was easy to dial in.
