I should just start a new thread on this but here goes;

6months ago I did a dyno:

80degree weather, Stock MAF, Stock Injectors, Stock S14 SR20det (VVT), S15 turbo w/hks adjustable wastegate actuator set at 13lbs, Greddy FMIC, Denso IK22 spark plugs, Splitfire Coil packs w/ ignition amp, underdrive and greddy aluminum pulley's, Pump 91oct fuel.

The settings on the SAFC2 were a bit lean during this dyno so I made changes to the SAFC2 which gave me the same numbers at the same boost level but at 12:1 Air to Fuel ratio:So the current settings for SAFC2 Hi Throttle injector duty cycle voltage are:0-3800rpm 0-+ 4000rpm +2%4400rpm -4%4800rpm -8%5200rpm -4%5600-6600rpm -11%7200+rpm -8%

I didnt check to see how pushed my stock MAF is but as you can see the injectors were having no problem. Could someone please tell me why at stock settings my injectors are running my car off the chart rich at double stock boost?

It was really at about 10:1 A/F ratio when I did the first test dyno. The only explanation is that the stock computer has been mapped for more boost or my injectors are not stock. But this motor came out of a stock clip, this thing still had the stock intake, stock smic, and not even so much as a sticker to indicate any modifications.

That map looks awfully lean only hit 12.1 in looks to be 1 spot.

yeah, I adjusted the curve to 12:1 after this dyno (I didnt post that one because I lost it). But the HP/TQ numbers are the same.

The numbers I posted above for the SAFC2 are the 12:1 numbers, and most of them are in the negative.

My question is, could anyone tell me how its possible for stock MAF and stock injectors to be running at the twice the boost and still need to be turned down from stock?

The stock ECU when boosted up and a Walbro put in without a FPR will run rich. When I ran my car on 13 psi I had to turn the fuel down on mine cause it was loading up and cutting out.

but it looks to me to get those A/F down in the lower and some upper RPM you added fuel.

THat is a good point. I did replace the fuel pump, but I didn't think it would change the amount of fuel that the injectors were pushing (I thought they had more control than that).

The numbers that I posted make the A/F ratio 12:1 @ 13lbs, they are not the curve that you see on the dyno.
