After swapping an SR20DET Redtop into my S14 my speedometer was reading 2X fast. I had the S13 speedometer in the transmission. So after everyone telling me that I needed an S14 speedometer I swapped it out and it read 2x to slow. Does anyone know what my problem could be? Maybe Wiring? Any help would be appricated. Thanks!

Was it an auto or manual S14 speed sensor?

In order for your speedo to read right all you need is a manual S14 speed sensor.

Both S13 & S14 speed sensors are manual! The Automatic speed sensor will not even fit the manual transmission. Now the car originally was an automatic that we converted over to a five speed.

using both S14 & S13 U.S. Spec speed sensors. Not using the JDM sensors at all. Everyone has told me that they read the same! But since my car is a US spec car I used both S14 & S13 U.S. Spec sensors
