s14 speedo/tach q's

I want to buy a new tach and speedo for my s14 but the thing is the speedo goes to 280km/h and the tach goes to 7k redline(instead of the 6.5k since Iam using a s13 block and cams). Is there any sort of modification that needs to be done to the cluster so it can read properly?
