s14 seats

i know that the s14 seats bolt right on the s13's so that means that s13 seats will bolt right on an s14 right? also will the back seats bolt right on? s14 into and s13 and s13 seats into an s14? my dad buys and sells cars and he has a 96 240 right now so i wanna swap my seats

the fronts bolts up but i think the rear needs a little modification to make it fit
