S14 SEATS

Does anyone know how to remove the fabric on the BOTTOM of the seat? The top has j hooks that you just uhook off the cushion, but the bottom has these metal ties of death on them that don't look removable. Any help appreciated

Im pretty sure there called hog claps just stretch them apart and buy new ones when reassembling it
