does anyone have a DIY for relocating the HVAC controls in an S14? im trying to put it under or above the radio and am having an issue with the metal radio cage restricting the mounting of the controls. the outer trim ring is also not fitting well. what are people doing with the radio cage when they relocate this?

I've only seen it mounted in the arm rest but if you took pics of what you are working with maybe we can jump in a little better.
