S14 Rear speakers dont work

Ok I just bought all new speakers with the extra aftermarket harnass. Only my right front speaker worked before. Everything is stock in the car. I installed the front two speakers in the door and they work fine, but I installed the rear speakers and I dont get any sound. I dont have an ohmeter to test it. Possibly a blown fuse? Does anyone know of a common solution for this problem, or should I just take the speakers back? Thanks alot!
