S14 rear seats

No, they won't.

Greg (AZHitman) had to do some modifications to get S14 seats to fit in the back of his 'vert, but I'm not sure what all they were.

They do but modifications are required. A DIY extension plate is added to the bottom brackets. The s14 seat is shaped differently, therefore even after you build the brackets and get the seat in the car the fitment of it just dont look right.
